Position Overview

We are hiring an Architect to join our Mission Critical practice within the Buildings Team for our Chicago, IL; New York, NY; and/or Miami, FL offices, offering a hybrid work schedule.

What You Will Do
  • Contribute to the overall design and execution of projects, from concept through completion.
  • Work directly with our firm leaders and with clients at some of the world’s largest technology companies on complex, challenging projects.
  • Apply a blend of collaborative thinking, creativity, and technical proficiency to ensure that our clients’ ambitious multidisciplinary projects are realized to the highest standards.
What You Will Bring
  • A Master’s Degree in Architecture and a minimum of 2 years related architectural experience.
  • Strong design, execution, and problem‑solving skills; experience on complex projects is a strong asset.
  • Experience working with multidisciplinary teams on technically challenging projects.
  • Commitment to staying informed on the latest architectural technologies, materials, and sustainability practices.
  • Proficiency in Autodesk Revit for project development and documentation.
  • Experience with Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Teams, etc.) and the Adobe Suite (Photoshop, InDesign, Illustrator, etc.).
  • Strong digital modeling skills and well‑developed organization as well as strong verbal, written, and graphic communication skills.

Pay Range

$75,400 - $94,300 USD
