Job summary

Stanley Consultants is seeking an Architect to join our growing Architecture practice in Denver, CO (Centennial) with a hybrid work model. The role involves exercising architectural judgment on complex, multidisciplinary projects, from inception through construction.

You will collaborate with engineers across disciplines, mentor junior staff, and gain exposure to planning, design and construction on institutional campuses, government facilities, higher education, healthcare and industrial

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Architecture from an accredited college or university.
• Minimum of 5 years of relevant experience.
• Registered Architect and NCARB Certificate.
• Strong AutoCAD and Revit skills.
• Ability to travel up to 15% domestically and internationally.

Responsibilities

• Serve in various roles within project teams, including leading projects from inception through construction.
• Collaborate with mechanical, electrical, structural, and civil engineers to support integrated solutions.
• Support planning and campus planning efforts and facility evaluations.
• Execute technical architectural tasks across State/Government, Higher Education, Federal, Municipal, Institutional, Commercial, Healthcare, and Industrial projects.
• Support design development with constructability and phasing considerations.
• Conduct life safety analyses and code compliance reviews.
• Prepare construction drawings using AutoCAD and Revit.
• Research and compile information for writing specifications.
• Perform construction observation and prepare field reports.
• Coordinate with contractors during construction phase services and respond to RFIs.
• Meet project objectives related to scope, schedule, and budget.
