Job summary

Creative Solutions Services, LLC is seeking a skilled Epicor scheduling specialist to optimize planning and automate job scheduling within manufacturing environments. You will analyze current scheduling processes, identify automation opportunities, and design solutions that reduce manual effort while improving planning accuracy.

The role requires reading and extending complex Epicor code, collaborating with functional consultants, business users, and project teams, and delivering end-to-end

Job Description & Skill Requirement:

• Strong hands-on development experience with Epicor ERP/Client, specifically around scheduling module configuration and customization.


• Proven ability to read, debug, and extend existing Epicor code - including working through complex, undocumented logic ( \"lines and lines of code \" ) to resolve issues.


• Experience automating manual scheduling processes, ideally in a manufacturing/production environment (job scheduling, machine routing, backlog planning).


• Ability to work independently and take end-to-end ownership of a development project, including scoping, planning, and delivery within a defined timeline.


• Comfortable operating in a hybrid delivery model - partnering with a client's internal developer/architect as well as delivering solo when required.


• Analyze Mastercraft's current manual Epicor scheduling process, including job scheduling logic, machine routing, and backlog management, to identify automation opportunities.


• Design, develop, and implement Epicor scheduling automation, reducing manual effort, and improving planning accuracy.


• Collaborate with functional consultants, business users, and project teams during implementation and support phases.


• Provide production support and continuous improvement recommendations.

Qualification:

• Bachelor's or master's degree in electrical/Electronic Engineering/ Electronics and Instrumentation.
