Job Description:

• This position requires strong technical drawing skills.
• Knowledge of Type V construction methods and California building codes is required.
• Managing the efforts of the design and construction document team is essential.

Required work experience includes:

• Professional degree in Architecture.
• Minimum 2 years of experience in residential and/or large-scale multi-family Architecture is REQUIRED.
• Minimum 2 years of experience utilizing Revit modeling software on completed projects is a MUST.
• Extensive knowledge of architectural detailing and construction practices.
• Basic knowledge of CAD & BIM software and their application in development of design through construction documents is required.
