Job summary

Actalent is seeking an Architect II / Intermediate Architect for our Los Angeles office to work hands-on on high-end retail projects using Revit for construction documents.

You will coordinate with internal teams and external consultants, maintain design integrity, and contribute to CD sets while growing toward broader project ownership in a collaborative, mentorship-driven environment.

Qualifications

• Degree in Architecture from an accredited program.
• Progression from junior to intermediate ownership and responsibility.
• Strong Revit-based production experience.
• Portfolio showing personally produced drawings and details.
• Hands-on production in CAD/BIM environments.

Responsibilities

• Produce and coordinate construction documents for retail projects.
• Coordinate with internal teams and external consultants.
• Review drawings for accuracy and adherence to standards.
• Support CAD and BIM production across design phases.
• Assist with RFIs, submittals, and field clarifications.
