Job summary

Egis Group in Missouri is seeking an experienced Architect to contribute to project design from early concepts through construction documents. You will ensure timely delivery and uphold design quality.

Collaborate with senior leaders, apply BIM workflows, and help develop deliverables, models, and reports while adhering to building codes. The role emphasizes communication and teamwork within a dynamic office environment.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's in architecture with extensive design experience.
• Minimum of 4 years in architectural design.
• 1 year GCC region experience.
• Excellent communication, collaboration and interpersonal skills.
• Proficient in BIM processes, implementation and workflows.

Responsibilities

• Day to day involvement in development of project design activities from early stage design through construction documentation.

Responsibilities

• Day to day involvement in development of project design activities and production from the early stage design, through technical design development, to the construction documentation.
• Adhere to project deadlines.
• Maintain the design quality standards.
• Deliver the project under the guidance Senior Architect (SA) and/or Design Manager (DM) while providing technical support to Architects.
• Participate in the implementation of the project execution plan.
• Participate in the preparation of the projects’ list of deliverables.
• Contribute to preparation of project/s’ concept design preparation including but not limited to:
• Project Model/s and Graphical presentation
• Drawings and Reports
• Collaborate with SA and DM on complex design challenges and ensure technical feasibility.
• Develop project deliveries while maintaining high‑quality design documents and construction drawings.
• Adopt creative design and problem‑solving approach.
• Participate in the design coordination process within Architecture team and with disciplines (in house or external design partners: civil, structure, MEP, ID, Landscape, vertical transportation, & other specialists’ consultant)
• Develop project BIM Models and production of Design documents/reports.
• Participate in design code review and building materials/systems selection.
• Maintain the models’ BIM quality level in coordination with the BIM Coordinator / Manager.
• Implement successfully the project BIM Execution plan.
• Accountable for successful project delivery meeting the targeted deadlines.
• Accountable for maintaining the project deliverables quality.
• Accountable for efficient planning and utilisation of project’s man‑hours assigned by team leader.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s in architecture with good experience.
• Minimum of [4] years of experience in architectural design.
• Strong understanding of architectural design principles, Project Delivery, and basics of building codes. Minimum of 1 year’s experience in GCC region.
• Excellent communication, collaboration, and interpersonal skills.
• Proficient in BIM process, implementation and workflows.
