Job summary

CSHQA in Sacramento seeks an Architect I/II to join our office, collaborating with Senior Architects and the Project Manager to produce deliverables and coordinate disciplines.

You will develop design solutions from conception through construction documentation, participate in design discussions, perform site visits, and lead architectural tasks while guiding Architects-in-Training. A licensed architect with 5–8 years’ experience is preferred.

Qualifications

• Architectural degree or equivalent knowledge in architecture and design.
• Licensed Architect with current registration.
• 5–8 years of design experience including project management.
• Proficiency in AutoCAD and/or Revit.
• Proficient with Microsoft Office applications.

Responsibilities

• Develop drawings, modeling, 3D renderings and other contract documents.
• Coordinate with disciplines and lead design discussions.
• Perform site visits and construction administration tasks.
• Meet client schedules and budgets.
• Guide Architects-in-Training and coordinate with the team.
