Job summary

KRANZ engineering is looking for an Architect for LPH 1-4 to supervise the design process and ensure compliance with building laws. You will work independently and be responsible for project planning, participating in construction meetings, and optimizing workflows.

Qualifications

• Completed studies in the field of architecture or civil engineering.
• Sound knowledge of service phases 1-4 HOAI.
• Very good knowledge of construction planning and related laws.
• Ideally professional experience in project planning for demanding design projects.
• Independent, structured, quality-oriented, and careful way of working.

Responsibilities

• Independent supervision of LPH 1-4 according to HOAI.
• Preparation of design and approval plans.
• Preparation and planning of construction measures.
• Participation in planning and construction meetings.
• Process improvement and optimization of workflows.
