Job summary

Corgan is seeking an architect to join its Education team in an in-office, full-time capacity. You will contribute to full life cycle projects, generate design solutions, translate concepts into images, and coordinate with consultants throughout construction documentation and contract administration.

The ideal candidate has a NAAB-accredited architecture degree and at least 3 years of experience, with strong RevIT skills and familiarity with 3D software.

Qualifications

• Education: NAAB-accredited degree in Architecture or equivalent is required.
• Experience: 3+ years in commercial architecture; Education experience preferred.
• Display strengths in master planning, conceptual design, technical excellence, and detailing.

Tackle these responsibilities alongside a team of creative, highly motivated individuals who are passionate about their work and ready to collaborate to achieve outstanding results. Responsibilities

• Assisting on full life cycle projects
• Generating creative design solutions within the functional parameters of a project
• Translating concepts and information into images
• Participating in the process of exploring and completing usable construction document detailing solutions
• Assisting with contract administration responsibilities
• Coordinating with a variety of consultants

Qualifications

• This role is an in-office position
• Education: Professional, NAAB-accredited degree in Architecture or equivalent is required
• Certification: Professional registration or anticipation of registration
• Experience: 3+ years of experience required (in commercial architecture, Education experience preferred)
• Technology: Revit proficiency strongly preferred; experience with other 3D software is a plus.
• Experience preparing all stages of design documentation, performing construction administration, and consultant coordination are required
• Display strengths in master planning, conceptual design, technical excellence, and detailing
• Candidates should be familiar with coordinating project deliverables and clients
• Ability to collaborate in a diverse project team environment
• Confident presentation ability

This position is designated asfull-time on-siteand requires the employee to be physically present at the assigned office locationMonday through Friday during standard business hours. Regular, reliable on-site attendance is an essential function of this role.
