This is a hands‑on role offering full project ownership, client interaction, and field involvement. You will work on impactful commercial projects and collaborate directly with construction leadership to deliver innovative, compliant, and functional designs.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead architectural projects from concept through construction completion
• Meet with clients and stakeholders to translate vision into actionable plans
• Develop detailed 2D and 3D drawings using AutoCAD and Revit
• Prepare construction-ready plans, specifications, and documentation
• Ensure all designs meet local and state building codes and regulations
• Identify and resolve design challenges proactively
• Oversee project drawings, studies, and preliminary budgets
• Support bidding and project planning activities
• Visit active job sites to ensure adherence to architectural plans

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Architecture or related field
