Qualifications

• 4-8+ years in a similar role with a strong portfolio.
• Bachelor’s degree in architecture and CA licensure for Architect role.
• Excellent organization and communication skills are required.
• Proficiency with Revit, AutoCAD, SketchUp, Photoshop, InDesign, MS Office, and Outlook.
• Familiarity with Forma Build or Procore is desirable.

Responsibilities

• Develop design concepts under direction of senior staff and principals.
• Prepare presentation materials, 3D models, drawings and renderings.
• Research materials, coordinate with consultants, and select finishes.
• Assist with construction documents and coordination of project consultants.
• Support during construction administration and maintain deadlines.
