Job summary

Salas O’Brien is seeking an experienced professional to oversee and coordinate a team of professionals delivering highly technical design projects across multiple geographic regions. You will lead client meetings and maintain strong relationships through attentive, result-driven service.

You will develop project priorities and schedules for program deliverables, review meetings with key stakeholders, and bidding/construction procurement, while providing training and QC/QA reviews to ensure

Qualifications

  • Registered Architect, NCARB certification is a plus.
  • 5–10 years experience in commercial, industrial design, government/federal, telecom, or data center.
  • DBIA or PMP certification or progressive design-build experience is a plus.
  • Proficient in Revit, AutoCAD, SketchUp and other visualization tools. Autodesk BIM Certification is a plus.
  • Understand building codes and ADA requirements.

Job Summary

Here are the details of your duties in your primary role:

Qualifications And Experience

To succeed in this role, you need to meet the following basic requirements:

  • Registered Architect, NCARB (National Council of Architecture Registration Board) Certification is a plus
  • 5 – 10 Years Experience in commercial, industrial design, government/federal, telecom, or data center experience.
  • DBIA (Design-Build Institute of America) Certification or PMP (Project Management Professional) Certification or extensive experience with progressive design build a plus.
  • You are proficient in Revit, AutoCAD, Sketchup and other visualization tools. Autodesk BIM Certification is a plus.
  • You understand building codes and ADA requirements

Location: Remote or in office, flexible

Travel: Up to 25%

Compensation & Benefits

The expected base salary range for this role is $90,000-$130,000. Actual compensation will be determined based on a number of factors including skills, experience, qualifications, and location.

This role is also eligible for performance-based bonuses and a comprehensive U.S. based benefits package, including:
