Job summary

Career-Collective in Tukwila, WA is seeking a seasoned Forensic Architect/Engineer to lead investigations of residential and commercial properties, determine causes of damage, and prepare comprehensive forensic architectural reports for clients. Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in architecture or engineering.
  • 10+ years of architectural experience.
  • Registered Architect license in Hawaii.
  • Experience with premises and walking surface investigations, including product defect cases.
  • Ability to inspect homes, roofs and crawlspaces.
  • Working knowledge of building structures and the construction process.
  • Experience writing technical reports.
  • Project management experience.
  • Supervisory experience.
