Job summary

52X Consulting LLC is seeking an experienced Architect for an in-house role to oversee workplace projects from early planning through construction and occupancy. You will collaborate with internal stakeholders, external consultants, and contractors to deliver thoughtfully designed, functional spaces.

This client-side position requires leading project delivery, establishing requirements, coordinating disciplines, and guiding material selections while balancing budget and schedule.

Qualifications

• 7+ years of workplace architecture and project delivery experience.
• Strong design and technical skills, including interior detailing and building code knowledge.
• Ability to manage consultants, coordinate disciplines, and navigate competing priorities.
• Strong communication, judgment, and practical problem-solving skills.
