Job summary

Bass Pro Shops in Wichita, KS is seeking an Archery Technician to greet customers, perform bow setup, assemble bows, install accessories and demonstrate products. You will troubleshoot archery gear, answer technical questions, maintain pricing and inventory, and keep displays organized while upholding safety standards.

This full-time role requires a high school diploma and 2+ years bow experience; benefits include medical, dental, vision, 401k, paid holidays, and paid vacation opportunities.

Qualifications

• Must be able to perform bow set up for customers including draw length, eye dominance and draw weight.
• Must perform bow assembly and accessory installation such as kisser button, peep sights, D loop, knock location, and scope installation.
• Knowledge of arrow setup including length, spine, and insert installation.
• Operate equipment and tools including a bow press and chop saw.
• Instruct customers on safety, accessories, bow features and brand awareness.
