Pacer Group in Phoenix, AZ is seeking an Archer Operations Support Analyst / Cyber Security Specialist to provide production support, administration, and maintenance of the RSA Archer GRC/Archer IRM platform. You will manage users, roles, RBAC, and ensure data quality.

The role involves incident management, reporting, release support, and collaboration with Risk, Compliance, Audit, Security, and IT teams to keep risk programs aligned.

Qualifications

• Experience administering RSA Archer GRC/Archer IRM platforms.
• Experience with RBAC and user access management.
• Ability to monitor Archer jobs, workflows, integrations, and data feeds.

Responsibilities

• Administer and support the RSA Archer GRC platform in production.
• Monitor Archer jobs, workflows, integrations, and data feeds.
• Manage users, roles, permissions, and RBAC.
• Configure platform enhancements according to change-management procedures.
• Resolve incidents, service requests, and production issues.
• Support releases, patches, upgrades, and validation activities.
• Develop and troubleshoot Archer reports, dashboards, and metrics.
• Perform data reconciliation, quality checks, and validation.
