Job summary

KYM Advisors Inc. is seeking an Archer Governance, Risk, and Compliance (GRC) Consultant to execute and support the DHS program implementation. You will configure Archer workflows, dashboards, and reports and collaborate in an Agile environment.

Qualifications include a 4-year degree or 5 years' experience in lieu of degree, DHS EOD eligibility, RSA Archer experience, strong analytical and communication skills, and Archer certifications. US citizenship required for DHS access.

• 4-year degree or 5 years’ experience in lieu of degree.
• Experience with RSA Archer and Advanced Workflows.
• Strong analytical, troubleshooting, and problem-solving abilities.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to obtain Public Trust clearance; US citizenship required for DHS access.
• Archer certifications recommended: Archer Certified Associate/Professional.

Responsibilities

• Develop, administer, and configure processes using RSA Archer tools.
• Develop, present, and implement recommendations for new and existing apps.
• Configure applications, questionnaires, dashboards, and reports within Archer.
• Create advanced workflows.
• Create and manage user roles and group access.
• Perform management and coordination tasks.
• Work in an Agile/Lean environment.
• Knowledge of access controls and managing group access.
• Solicit requirements from stakeholders and translate into Archer workflows.
