# Archbold Memorial: Housekeeper ($500 Sign-on Bonus)Archbold Memorial - Thomasville, GA 31792## OverviewSalary Range$14.00 Hourly## Description**SCHEDULE:** 8 hour shifts* 3p-11p**Pay:** $14 per hour**RESPONSIBLITIES:*** Clean and disinfect patient rooms, bathrooms, nursing stations, operating rooms, and public areas.* Follow infection control standards, including proper use of disinfectants and dwell times* Maintain cleaning supplies.* Perform daily terminal cleaning according to hospital protocols.* Collect and transport regulated medical waste, trash, and recycling.* Remove soiled linens in accordance with infection control guidelines.* Deliver and restock clean lines and supplies as needed.* Follow OSHA, CDC, and hospital safety guidelines.* Wear proper PPE (Personal Protective Equipment) at all times.* Report maintenance issues, safety hazards, or supply shortages promptly.* Participate in ongoing training related to infection prevention and workplace safety.* Interact professionally and compassionately with patients and hospital staff.* Maintain patient privacy and confidentiality (HIPPA compliance.* May have to perform other duties as required.**SKILLS and QUALIFICATIONS:*** At least 19 years of age* High School Diploma or GED* Previous experience in cleaning services preferred.* Minimum of one to two years in a professional work environment required.* Authorized to work for any employer within the United States.* Must meet the healthcare facility's pre-assignment and medical requirements.* Must pass all onboarding screening processes.* With professionalism, integrity, and compassion, you support your team and together represent BHC Healthcare throughout the facility.* Works well independently and as part of a team.* Ability to adequately operate apps/technology on a tablet and learn new software that may have to be applied to the daily tasks for this role.* Ability to effectively build relationships with patients, guests, and team members.* Ability to communicate clearly and effectively.* Ability to prioritize multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.* Ability to lift 40-50lbs, push equipment, bend, and stand for extended periods of time.* Role may include assignments in Emergency Room or Behavioral Health Units.* Role requires continuous physical engagement including walking and standing for extended periods of time.* Reasonable accommodations may be made to enable persons with disabilities to perform the essential functions.**BENEFITS:*** Competitive Rates* Health, Dental, and Vision Insurance* PTO Time* 401(k)* DailyPay Available
