Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent required.
• Must be pleasant, upbeat, and sociable throughout the workday.
• Ability to work a varied schedule including days, nights, holidays and weekends.

Responsibilities

• Greet visitors warmly and welcome them.
• Anticipate and respond to guests with urgency.
• Perform repairs on games and explain operation to guests.
• Maintain inventory of electronics and game parts.
• Document game issues and work history.
• Perform preventative maintenance on games and attractions.
• Ensure games are clean and presentable to guests.
• Follow safety guidelines and assist with guest recovery.
• Attend required meetings and trainings.
