Job summary

Main Event Entertainment is hiring a Technician to maintain and repair our games and entertainment options. You will perform electrical, mechanical, and preventive maintenance, troubleshoot issues, and ensure safety and sanitation standards are met.

The role includes inventory, ordering supplies, and keeping the workshop organized while engaging with guests as a FUN ambassador. Requirements include hands-on electronics, mechanics, hydraulics knowledge, plus strong problem-solving and teamwork.

Qualifications

• Must be 18+ years old.
• Strong problem-solving and multi-tasking skills.
• Ability to learn and utilize multiple systems that support the business.
• Knowledge of repair and maintenance of automated bowling equipment and arcade games.

Responsibilities

• Perform electrical, mechanical, and technical work related to maintenance (construction, repairs, preventive, and scheduled maintenance).
• Troubleshooting repairs on games, tellers, pinsetters, etc.
• Disassembling, replacing, and repairing mechanical and electrical components or parts such as bearings, coils, armatures, and wiring.
• Maintaining accurate inventory records.
• Ordering supplies, tools, and materials as needed.
• Maintaining the organization and cleanliness of the mechanic shop and facility.
• Upholding safety and sanitation standards.
• Interact with guests as a FUN ambassador.
