We're always looking for bright, talented and outgoing people. An Andretti Associate is responsible for anticipating guest needs, exceeding expectations and implementing creative solutions to provide exceptional Guest Service.

All positions are responsible for assisting guests in various areas and in many capacities, listening to requests in a friendly manner, while following Andretti Indoor Karting and Games high standards of quality to ensure Guest satisfaction.

Our Amusements team keeps the fun going and the games ready to play. From electric kart racing to the latest games, simulators, and skill challenges, this role helps guests jump into the action.

Our Food & Beverage team delivers friendly, efficient service in a fast-paced environment. Team members help prepare, serve, and support a great guest experience from start to finish.

Premium service, great vibes, and a guest-first attitude make every shift at Andretti stand out. As general service staff, you help create a welcoming, high-energy experience for every guest.

Our Management team sets the standard and keeps everything running with precision. In this role, you guide the team, support strong performance, and help create an outstanding guest experience.

I have worked in entertainment my whole career, but nothing compares to the energy of this place on a Friday night. Every single shift, someone walks out of here with a story they are going to tell for years. I get to be part of that. Andretti is not just a job. It's the best job.
