NEW HORIZON KIDS QUEST III INC. seeks an Activities Associate & Arcade Attendant for Kids Quest/Cyber Quest in Kinder, LA. You will lead interactive games and activities, operate the arcade, and help deliver a safe, engaging guest experience for families.

Responsibilities include using the POS system, serving café and retail items, and collaborating with the team to keep the center energetic and clean. The role emphasizes guest engagement and teamwork in a family-friendly setting.

Qualifications

• Must be 16 years or older with an ability to work within a casino environment.
• High School Diploma or GED.
• Ability to pass a background screening (which may include a drug test).
• Availability to work weekends, evenings, and holidays.
• Reliable transportation.

Responsibilities

• Bring energy and excitement to create fun-filled memories for guests.
• Engage guests with interactive games and activities throughout the center.
• Learn to use our POS system to serve guests and sell café/retail items.
• Support guests with empathy during service opportunities.
• Work as a team to keep the center safe, clean, and fun for all visitors.
• Take direction from leadership and collaborate with coworkers to promote a positive team atmosphere.
• Participate in team meetings, training programs, and workshops to grow skills.
• Support growth initiatives and contribute to goals.
