Job summary

Pilot Company is hiring at our West Wendover travel center to deliver fast, friendly, and clean service to guests. You will assist with inventory, prep food safely, and operate cash registers, all while keeping the restaurant welcoming and tidy for every guest.

The role emphasizes guest service, teamwork, and adherence to procedures to ensure top-quality food and smooth operation throughout shifts.

Qualifications

• Incredible guest service skills and ability to maintain a guest focused culture.
• Ability to complete accurate sales transactions.
• Ability to cleanly and safely manage and prep food.
• Ability to maintain Arby's processes and policies.
• Ability to use computers, telephones, and other equipment as needed.
• Ability to work as part of a team.
• Experience in a similar position.
• Ability to work a flexible schedule of nights, days, weekends, and holidays.

Pay Rates Starting between: $12.80 - $17.35 / hour
