Flynn Arby’s, part of Flynn Group, is seeking an Assistant Manager to join our team in Shawnee, OK. You will work with the General Manager to oversee daily restaurant operations, train staff, and ensure high standards of service and food safety.

You will lead by example in a fast-paced environment, manage inventory, and help drive sales while maintaining a positive guest experience. The role requires at least 2 years in a similar Food/Hospitality position, strong leadership, and excellent

Responsibilities

• Understanding of food safety regulations and proven methods
• Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as required
