The Assistant Manager at Arby’s is responsible for supporting the General Manager in overseeing daily restaurant operations. This includes leading the team, ensuring excellent customer service, managing inventory, and maintaining a positive work environment. The Assistant Manager helps drive profitability while upholding Freddy’s standards for quality, safety, and service.

Key Responsibilities:

• Leadership & Team Development: Supervise, train, and motivate team members to maintain high performance.
• Customer Service Excellence: Ensure a positive guest experience by handling customer concerns and maintaining service standards.
• Operational Efficiency: Oversee food preparation, ensure compliance with health and safety regulations, and manage shift operations.

• Staff Scheduling & Training: Help manage schedules to ensure adequate staffing and assist in employee training and development.
• Cash & Inventory Management: Handle cash, process transactions accurately, and assist in inventory control.

• Assist with Hiring & Retention: Support the General Manager in recruiting and retaining team members.
