Job summary

Arby's Clearfield is seeking a Food Prep crew member to support the kitchen team by slicing meats and vegetables, baking turnovers, and roasting beef to deliver high-quality menu items for guests. You will help maintain cleanliness and food safety standards while working early shifts and supporting a busy kitchen.

You’ll join a positive, fast-paced team with opportunities for growth within the restaurant, and a focus on customer service and teamwork in a casual dining setting.

Qualifications

• Must be at least eighteen (18) years of age.
• Attentive to details.
• Positive mental attitude (PMA).
• Strong work ethic and team player attitude.

Responsibilities

• Work as part of a team to provide service to our guests.
• Operate in accordance with established performance and operating standards as set out in the OSM and Team Member Handbook.
• Serve our customers quality food.
• Present a pleasant, good-natured attitude to every customer.
• Replenish and rotate supplies.
• Keep the kitchen clean.
• Arrive for work on time on those days designated on the schedule.
• Be dressed in a clean and proper uniform.
• Perform such other duties, as directed by the manager.
• Maintain an attitude of flexibility that allows performance above and beyond the parameters of this position description.

As a Food Prep crew member at Arby's Clearfield, you'll be part of our behind the scenes team responsible for maintaining the high quality foods you expect from Arby's. You'll be slicing up the meats and vegetables, baking our turnovers, roasting the beef, and more! If you have an eye for detail and like to start your work day early, this is the position for you!
