Job summary

Bartlett Tree Experts in Sewell, NJ is seeking an Arborist Sales Representative who combines arboriculture knowledge with client-facing sales. The role covers visiting client properties, assessing tree and shrub care needs, and providing scientific recommendations to support long-term relationships.

Qualifications

• 1–3 years of related experience in tree care or sales.
• ISA Arborist Certification or ability to obtain ( Bartlett pays exam).
• Ability to identify regional trees/shrubs and diagnose pests.
• Valid driver’s license.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
• Degree preferred but not required in related fields.

Responsibilities

• Sell across a defined territory including residential and commercial clients.
• Meet daily with clients to evaluate tree/shrub care needs.
• Prepare proposals using sales tools and software.
• Supervise work to ensure contract terms and client satisfaction.
• Implement and enforce safety, transportation, and pesticide compliance.
