Job summary

Baton Rouge Telco Federal Credit Union is seeking an experienced Arborist Crew Leader in South Egremont, Massachusetts. In this role, you'll be responsible for leading a tree care crew, performing all tree care services, and ensuring safety and efficiency.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of tree climbing and aerial lift experience in the tree care industry.
• Valid driver's license (Class B CDL preferred).
• Ability to work outdoors year-round in all weather conditions.

Responsibilities

• Safely perform and supervise all aspects of arboriculture.
• Supervise and manage crews while performing services.
• Communicate and build relationships with clients.
