Job summary

Bartlett Tree Experts in Wilmington, NC is seeking an Arborist Crew Leader to lead a tree care crew and perform all arboreal services safely and efficiently. You will supervise crew members, ensure training, and deliver client-focused service on job sites across the region.

Qualifications include 3+ years of tree climbing (DdRT/SRT) and aerial lift experience, a valid driver's license (CDL preferred), and a proactive, team-oriented attitude.

Qualifications

• Three (3) years of tree climbing (DdRT or SRT) and aerial lift experience in the tree care industry.
• Valid driver's license (Class B CDL preferred).
• Ability to work outdoors year-round in all weather conditions.
• Proven initiative, positive attitude, team-oriented, and self-motivated.

Responsibilities

• Safely performing and supervising all aspects of arboriculture, including pruning, cabling and bracing, rigging, and removals.
• Properly maintaining and operating equipment (hand tools, chainsaws, chippers, aerial lifts).
• Bringing a cooperative and enthusiastic attitude to the job site.
• Supervising and managing crews while performing tree care services, as directed by the Arborist Representative and Local Manager.
• Ensuring crew members are trained for each job assignment.
• Communicating with clients and building relationships.
