Qualifications

• 3+ years hands-on tree service experience (production-oriented).
• Proficiency with chainsaws, chippers, and mini-skids.
• Ability to work physically demanding, high-risk tasks.
• Coachability and teamwork for crew environments.

Responsibilities

• Execute technical and hazardous tree removals, large-tree pruning, and crane-assisted removals.
• Use traditional and advanced rigging safely near structures and utilities.
• Operate and maintain tree-care equipment (chainsaws, chippers, mini-skids).
• Adapt to changing conditions; respond to storm damage or emergencies.
• Maintain safety protocols and support efficient project completion.
• Commit to longer production days when required.
