• 1-3 years of experience in tree climbing or professional arboriculture.
• Strong climbing ability and knowledge of tree care techniques.
• Familiar with ANSI and OSHA safety standards.

Responsibilities

• Climb trees using proper techniques for pruning and removal.
• Safely operate chainsaws, rigging gear, and aerial lifts.
• Assess tree health and determine maintenance approaches.
• Ensure efficient job completion with the crew and Foreman.
• Follow all safety protocols and assist in ground operations.
