Bartlett Tree Experts is hiring an Arborist Climber in Gettysburg, PA. You will join a tree care crew to conduct tree climbing and assist with tree and shrub care services. This role requires at least one year of experience in tree climbing and aerial lift operation. Qualifications

• At least one year of experience in tree climbing and aerial lift operation in the tree care industry.
• Valid driver's license (Class B CDL preferred).
• Ability to work outdoors year-round in all weather conditions.

Responsibilities

• Performing ground, tree climbing, and aerial lift duties as directed.
• Safely conducting all aspects of arboriculture, including tree risk assessments and pruning.
• Learning and adhering to safety rules and company safety policies.
