Bartlett Tree Experts in West Falls, NY, is seeking an Arborist Climber to join a professional tree care crew. You will climb trees and assist crew leaders in providing residential and commercial tree and shrub care.

Responsibilities include ground and aerial lift work, tree identification, pruning, removals, and ensuring safety compliance. Competitive hourly pay accompanies strong safety culture and growth opportunities.

Qualifications

• A passion for nature, environment, and outdoors.
• At least 1 year of tree climbing and aerial lift experience in tree care.
• Valid driver's license; Class B CDL preferred.
• Ability to work outdoors year-round in all weather conditions.

Responsibilities

• Perform ground, tree climbing, and aerial lift duties in support of specific job assignments as directed by the Arborist Crew Leader.
• Safely perform all aspects of arboriculture: tree identification, risk assessments, pruning, removals, cabling/bracing, root collar excavations.
• Maintain and operate tools and equipment (hand tools, chainsaws, chippers, aerial lifts).
• Learn and adhere to all safety rules and company safety policies.

• At least one (1) year of tree climbing (DdRT or SRT) and aerial lift operation experience in the tree care industry
• Valid driver's license (Class B CDL preferred)
• Ability to work outdoors year-round in all weather conditions
