Job summary

Bartlett Tree Experts is seeking an Arborist Climber to join our outdoor crew and assist Arborist Crew Leaders in delivering tree and shrub care on residential and commercial properties.

You will perform ground, tree climbing, and aerial lift duties, identify trees, assess risk, prune, remove, cabling or bracing, and maintain tools while adhering to safety rules. This role requires outdoor work year-round and a valid license where applicable.

Qualifications

• At least one year of tree climbing (DdRT or SRT) and aerial lift operation experience.
• Valid driver''s license (Class B CDL preferred).
• Ability to work outdoors year-round in all weather conditions.

Responsibilities

• Perform ground, tree climbing, and aerial lift duties in support of specific job assignments, as directed by the Arborist Crew Leader.
• Safely perform all aspects of arboriculture, including Tree identification, Tree risk assessments, Pruning, Removals, Cabling and bracing, Root collar excavations, and operating tools/equipment.
• Learn and follow all safety rules and company safety policies.
• Show a passion for nature, the environment, and the outdoors.
