Job summary

Bartlett Tree Experts in Austin is seeking an Arborist Climber to join a safety‑driven tree care crew. You will perform tree climbing and assist Arborist Crew Leaders, handling ground tasks, pruning, removals, and equipment operation on residential and commercial properties.

Responsibilities

• Perform ground, tree climbing, and aerial lift duties in support of specific assignments under the Arborist Crew Leader.
• Safely perform all aspects of arboriculture: tree identification, risk assessments, pruning, removals, cabling/bracing, root collar excavations.
• Maintain and operate tools and equipment (hand tools, chainsaws, chippers, aerial lifts) and follow safety rules.

As an Arborist Climber, you will play an important role in

• Performing ground, tree climbing, and aerial lift duties in support of specific job assignments, as directed by the Arborist Crew Leader
