Bartlett Tree Experts offers a Summer Arboriculture Internship in North Ridgeville, OH. This 8-12 week program provides practical field experience caring for trees and shrubs on commercial and residential properties, with hands-on training and a safety focus.

You will learn pruning, rigging, cabling, soil sampling, pest management, and client relations, while developing professional skills in a collaborative team environment.

• Willingness to learn and work on a multi-disciplinary team.

Responsibilities

• Learn fundamentals of scientific tree and shrub care.
• Hands-on experience in pruning, rigging, cabling, removals, and equipment use.
• Understanding of integrated pest management and related inspections, disease and pest ID.
• Record-keeping, report writing, and client relations.
• Participate in safety and training meetings and build professional relationships.
