Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in applicable field of education from an accredited college or university required.
• Foundation office programs: Secondary school diploma with at least five years of full-time industry experience in the discipline to be taught, or a bachelor's degree in education with demonstrated industry experience.
• Industry licensures and/or industry certification preferred.
• Certificate License: Meets Maryland state certification requirements in appropriate field of education.

Responsibilities

• Plan and provide appropriate learning experiences for students.
• Supervise students in school-related settings.
• Monitor and evaluate student outcomes.
• Communicate with students, parents, staff and community.
• Develops, selects and modifies instructional plans and materials to meet student needs.
