Reviver Global is seeking an on-site interpreter to provide consecutive or simultaneous interpretation for diverse engagements. The role requires strong linguistic proficiency in English and at least one additional language, with 1–2 years of professional interpreting experience.

As an independent contractor, you will work autonomously, manage schedules, and travel to multiple locations as needed while maintaining strict confidentiality and neutrality.

Interpreters listen to a speaker in one language and accurately render the message into another language, either consecutively or simultaneously. Interpreters act as a communication bridge across various settings, ensuring clarity, accuracy, and professionalism while maintaining cultural awareness and neutrality. This role requires strong linguistic proficiency, attention to detail, and the ability to work independently in dynamic environments.

Key Responsibilities

• Provide consecutive or simultaneous interpretation during meetings, appointments, or other interactions
• Accurately interpret spoken communication, ensuring the original meaning, tone, and intent are preserved
• Simplify complex information into clear and understandable language when needed
• Maintain strict confidentiality and adhere to all applicable privacy and professional standards
• Demonstrate cultural sensitivity and support effective communication between all parties

Required Qualifications

• Professional fluency (spoken and written) in English and at least one additional language
• Minimum 1-2 years of professional interpreting experience

• Ability to work independently, manage schedules, and adapt to different environments
• Reliable transportation and ability to travel to multiple locations if required
