• Define product, requirements, and reporting criteria with sign-off for key milestones
• Coordinate cross-functional teams across SW, QA, Infrastructure, Legal, Finance, and Operations
• Continuously look for opportunities to improve how programs are run and delivered
• Attend meetings, capture notes, and assign next steps to ensure alignment
• Plan and prioritize artwork tasks and monitor daily deadlines and upcoming content
