The role focuses on meeting collection targets, reducing delinquency, monitoring aging, and collaborating with Billing, Sales, and Customer Service to resolve disputes. A bachelor’s degree and 5+ years of experience are required.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of progressive collections experience with leadership responsibilities.
• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field.
• Proven track record of meeting collection targets and reducing delinquency.

Responsibilities

• Lead and support a team of 5-6 collection specialists to meet targets.
• Assign portfolios and balance daily workload across the team.
• Provide coaching and on-the-job training to improve performance.
• Escalation point for complex accounts and disputes.
• Monitor KPIs, aging, and delinquency reduction.
