Responsibilities

• Run daily billing follow-up reports for patient accounts.
• Make and receive calls regarding claims status with payers and patients.
• Ensure timely follow-up with insurers per policies.
• Update correspondence to customers and payers.
• Process EOBs and scan documents within 2 business days.
• Address and refer non-routine issues to management.
• Handle walk-ins and general inquiries.
