Job summary

DP World, a leading global logistics provider, seeks an Accounts Receivable professional in the United States. You will manage customer accounts, perform collections, and ensure timely processing of AR activities in a dynamic freight-forwarding environment.

The role requires strong communication, analytical skills, and the ability to collaborate across departments while maintaining accuracy and efficiency in billing and cash application processes.

Qualifications

• Associate or Bachelor in Accounting, Finance, or business administration preferred.
• 2–5 years in AR, credit, or collections, logistics experience preferred.
• Proficient in Excel and ERP systems; strong communication.

Responsibilities

• Monitor aging balances and drive collections.
• Contact customers to secure timely payments via calls and emails.
• Resolve discrepancies with sales, operations, and billing teams.
• Post payments and reconcile in ERP/AR systems.
• Prepare invoices and monthly billing statements.
• Assist with month-end closings and revenue reconciliations.
• Develop collection workflows to improve cash flow.
