Job summary

Vaco by Highspring is seeking an AR Operations Analyst to collaborate with offshore AR resources, assist receivables, and develop management-level updates. The role focuses on data-driven decisions, workflow improvements, and ERP-related initiatives including Dynamics 365 deployments.

Ideal candidates will bring AR operations experience, strong Excel skills, and a track record of coordinating across offshore teams and time zones in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• Background in Accounts Receivable operations with experience handling collections, reconciliations, and reporting
• Advanced Excel skills and ability to organize, analyze, and summarize large data sets
• Experience collaborating with outsourced, shared-services, or offshore teams
• Strong coordination, prioritization, and follow-through abilities
• Exposure to ERP implementations, business process changes, or operational transformation projects preferred
• Microsoft Dynamics 365 experience is a plus
