Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Communicates with payers, patients, and providers to resolve outstanding claims.
• Maintains and audits patient accounts and eligibility information.
• Identifies denial trends and coordinates with management.
• Manages account reconciliations related to remittance and adjustments.
• Keeps up-to-date with payer portal tools.
• Maintains confidentiality and HIPAA compliance.
• Participates in site-quality improvement activities.
