Job summary

YMCA of Lincoln is seeking a Swim Instructor to teach quality lessons, emphasize water safety, stroke development, and personal growth while fostering a fun, supportive learning environment for children of all ages.

You will build positive relationships with participants and their parents, communicate goals, and adapt activities to individual needs. This on-site role offers flexible schedules and the opportunity to grow with a community leader in youth aquatics.

As a Swim Instructor at the Y, you will work for the community's leader in swim instruction helping thousands of children of all ages gain confidence in the water, overcome fears and build skills that last a lifetime.
