Job summary

Life Time Inc. in Vestavia Hills, AL is seeking an Aquatics Supervisor to lead our pool team, ensure safety, and deliver outstanding member service across indoor and outdoor pools. You will train Aquatics Team Members, monitor programming, and help maintain clean, orderly facilities.

The role requires lifeguard leadership, experience in coaching or instruction, and current StarGuardElite/BLS/First Aid certifications. Some college preferred; high school diploma required.

Qualifications

• Ability to work in a stationary position and move around the club for extended periods.
• Strong communication with guests about Life Time programs, policies, and services.
• Requires ability to swim 300 yards/meters without stopping.
• Lifts up to 20 lbs routinely and can bend to lift more when needed.
• Able to tread water for 1 minute and retrieve a 10 lb diving brick.

• Maintain high programming standards across aquatic offerings.
