Job description

The Aquatics Manager oversees the enforcement of all Aquatic Center policies to ensure participant safety, leads the activation of emergency plans, and conducts regular training for staff. This role involves maintaining detailed records, managing pool operations, coordinating maintenance and repairs, and ensuring proper inventory of supplies. Additionally, the Aquatics Manager supports event preparation, oversees swimming programs, and contributes to long-term facility planning and community wellness activities
