Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Biology, Chemistry, Life Sciences or related field, or equivalent experience.
• 3+ years in water filtration and water quality in a facility or lab setting.
• 3+ years in advanced water chemistry analysis techniques and mechanical filtration systems.
• Strong project management and leadership abilities.
• Excellent safety, reporting and documentation skills.
• Willingness to work flexible hours and on-call as needed.

Responsibilities

• Oversee all Life Support System operations, including preventive maintenance and repairs for pumps, ozone, UV, and related equipment.
• Lead the Life Support team, set goals, review performance, and manage budgets.
• Direct water quality testing, data analysis, and reporting to stakeholders.
• Coordinate with vendors and contractors for specialized repairs and projects.
• Develop and test emergency procedures for Life Support Systems.
• Ensure compliance with AZA, OSHA, and state regulations.
