Qualifications

• Must have strong organizational and interpersonal skills.
• Coached for at least 2 years with effective communication skills.
• A passionate background in swimming is essential.

Responsibilities

• Drive successful Swim business through excellence on the aquatics side.
• Facilitate training programs for Swim instructors.
• Conduct Quarterly and Annual reviews for instructors.
• Manage technical issues and poolroom maintenance.
