Qualifications

• Must have CPO certification for this location.
• Aquatic knowledge is required.
• Excellent customer service and hospitality mindset.
• Ability to communicate clearly; multilingual skills a plus.
• Familiarity with New York City attractions, nightlife, restaurants.

Responsibilities

• Oversee day-to-day facility operations including approving timecards, tracking inventory, and safety compliance.
• Prepare Monthly and Annual Board Reports and internal corporate reports for budgeting.
• Assist in staff interviews and onboarding; train staff on facility procedures.
• Collaborate with Events and Fitness teams to create programs and events; manage reservations and promotions.
• Oversee pool operations (location dependent) including maintenance and health department records.
• Maintain concierge services knowledge and coordinate resident requests with LIVunLtd teams.
